I guess there are 2 ways to approach it.  If you want to use the new Citra and El-Do for the DH I would use what you have up in the WP.  If you want to save them just in case I would use the 4oz of Columbus and 4 oz of Bravo in the WP and then DH with Citra and El-Do.  You could add the rest of the Bravo in the DH as well.

I also feel like a hop hoarder now!

LOL!  No worries.  I'm always trying to dial in the right amount of hops to buy so I'm using stuff that is as fresh as possible.  I could have easily gone over in the past.

Hoping to get some things ready and do a lager of some sort next Tuesday and then maybe swing and get another hoppy beer going on the weekend. After 3 batches in January I had zero in Feb and need to change that.

Right now brewing is on hold until I finish the laundry room/brew kitchen. It will be exciting to brew in a new space.

Will this make a dedicated brewing space?  That makes it so much easier.

I hope to sneak out one more batch this week, a lager of some kind, before we head on vacation next week.

It's a nook off the laundry room. It is small (maybe 4x5'), but big enough and includes a sink and counter. I posted another thread about it.

OG was 1.055 and it is down to 1.018 now.  I will bung it up when it hits 1.014 and let some CO2 build up before I drop it.  I will  have to have this one DH'd by Monday so it can sit while we are away.

I'm dangerously low on homebrew.  I have some unknown and probably small amount of bopils and that's it!  I mean I have a little bit of hard cider from way back but I'm not counting that.  also 2 bottles of old ale (2009).  I'm not going to dip into that stuff though.

I have some really old on tap that I am most likley just going to dump and clean everything out.  I need to brew again this week so I can have a lager on tap as well.

So, while I was cutting the grass thinking about this beer I thought maybe I would just add all the dh today at 1.018 and close it up.  Let it finish and then settle out.  Thoughts?

That's a sweet setup for dry hopping.

I'll be brewing a fruity IPA this weekend as the replacement Cosmic Punch yeast arrived today. Time to look through my hop inventory for something interesting. I actually have quite a bit of homebrew on hand, all 4 taps are flowing with 2 kegs in reserve.

I normally have it set up so I can drop under pressure but did not set that up this time.

Gravity was at 1.011 this morning and smelled awesome.

booya!  I'm so desperate to not drink  the last of my beer that I've discovered a bottle of unopened stoli vanilla in the house.  I'll nurse this thing for a bit to make it until I brew again.

Did you try to replicate that B-43 yet? If so, let me know the details.
