KC strips and little lobster tails. Baked potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. The sous vide did well again.

Greek lamb chops, stuffed tomatoes, lemon Parmesan Cavatappi.
Sounds awesome.
Tonight I had some NH brook trout (pan fried) and some roasted brussel sprouts. Thanks to the old man for the trout.

I made some parmesan-rosemary-white bean-chicken soup that I think I posted here before. I make some ditali to go with it along with some crusty bread. I made that last night and will probably have leftovers tonight... it will go well with the snow storm.

Pseudo lasagna - ground beef, cottage cheese, spiral pasta - layered - and the usual stuff. Wife's deal. Garlic bread. Should be good looking at the recipe

Actually out of fresh food, so I hit the pantry and made tuna casserole.
Worst prepper ever

I typically do my weekly shopping on Sundays, but I skipped it yesterday because of Vday.

If you have to eat tuna casserole, is it worth being alive, though?

Also just teasing. If you do a good bechamel sauce and use albacore, it's perfectly fine to eat.
