The Filet and Lobster Mac n Cheese doesn't come with the apple cobbler so skip it anyway

Made this hot chicken. It was pretty good. I did a regular brine though. Next time, I’ll just do some breasts instead of a whole chicken.

Guinness Stew. I missed part of the recipe that called for an extra hour of cooking when planning. It's about done but too late for supper so I had a protein bar and some trail mix.
