Made this on Sunday... it’s pretty damn good. Sourdough without a sourdough starter...

I ended up using 2 cups of rye flour and 1 cup less of bread flour.(I wanted more rye flavor) I used 1 TBS of dry yeast, and only made 1 giant loaf...
