Crispbread = crackers that poor Scandinavians used to eat when they couldn't afford bread.

 

Then the poor people food became fashionable and pricy.  Kind of like what happened to brisket in this country.

Not only do I make lefse, I eat it too. SOFAKING good.

I also make and eat krumkakes.

 

 

AND, against my better judgement, I eat Lutefisk too. Which when cooked to perfection, isn't really all that bad. Under or over cooked by just a few seconds and that is some nasty ass shit!

Did you see his potato sausage?

My grandma made lefse all the time. She would roll it up with butter and sugar. I made it once, but it was nothing like hers.

All I will say is crisp bread and hummus = roto rooter. There’s some fiber in that combo.
