It's been a while... like one batch 1.5 years ago... and the one before that was about the same time frame.
I cleaned the kegs and fermenters today. Crushed some grain. Realized Tastybrew doesn't exist anymore ( this brought a tear to my eye.. ) Got on Brewgr.. and I have a recipe.
American Amber fermented on S-04. Bitter with Chinook, late additions of EKG and Cascade. I'll update as the day goes on.
