I kegged a lager on Wednesday, closed transfer, and planed to save some of the slurry but never got to it. The fermenter has been sealed, under pressure in the fridge at 50 since then. Would you save it? I think it should be fine and want to use the slurry for a baltic porter.

It seems no different than if you had waited to transfer it so if say you are good.

It sound like you did save it.... all of it. I'd use it.

Had one tonight. Along with a Tropical IPA, Saison, and Rakau Balboa pale ale.
