Yeah 46 be a little much. I think at most I've had was around 30. I probably have closer to 29 now and half of that is 2020 stuff. I am going to try and keep a smaller supply on hand that I think I can use in about a year or so. Might as well try and brew with the freshest stuff possible.
Oh the C148 sounds pretty good.

Hopefully I can get some of that free hop action.

I think I probably have about 3-5 lb. Not really sure.

I have seen many say they got the C148 so I would assume you will as well.

I placed a small order just now - the 3 8oz. deal. Mandarina Bavaria, Edelweiss, and Huell Melon. Think I'll use the MB and Edelweiss in a Faux Imperial Lager and the HM will be used when I break out the Sundew yeast.

this will be one of the latest shipments I've ever received from HH.  partially my fault because I ordered some stuff from Europe but it must be extra late showing up to HH this year.  hopefully shipping this week....

I am sure it will be worth it.

I am debating ordering some Saaz and Spalt Select but most likely form YVH.

First thing I wanted to do was make a czech lager. It's been a while since I've used saaz.

Get going on that Czech lager thread!  I would love to have something on tap like Notch The Standard.  Of course no decotion for me.

12° Plato Czech Pils / 4.5% ABV
Our classic Czech pale lager, brewed with soft water, floor malted Pils malt, and Sterling hops. Double decoction, open fermentation, and extended lager time bring a bit of Plzen to Salem.

I'll be kind of boring using "regular" Pilsen malt and saaz but I'll post whatever I'm doing. My water isn't as soft as czech water but I can just use lactic to bring the pH down and keep it as soft as possible. Hopefully I don't run out of lactic. That reminds me I should order more.

I also do not have any floor malted but I assume some melanoidin malt would help.  I do have softish water and sterling.

yeah I've got some aromatic.  also some victory and carared.  I could see small amounts of all of these adding some nice low level complexity.

dry hopped a batch of drez pale ale with some of my new hops today.

2 oz of chinook (2020)

2 oz of citra (mostly 2019, some 2020)

1 oz of bravo (2019)

I see he has bravo on his paper list in the shipment but when I went to preorder 2020 hops I didn't see bravo on there.  If I had enough bravo I'd use it in pretty much hoppy ale that I make.
