I sold off some stuff years back when I thought I was done brewing. I only have 3 five gallon cornies and one 3 gallon left. I saw a Craigslisting with homebrew stuff. He has cornies for $30. I might make a 90 minute drive this weekend and pick up 3-4.

if those cornies are in usable condition that's a great deal.

Guy says they're good. I'd hate to make that trek only to find POS kegs.
I do have a big bag of gaskets from McMaster from back in the day.

Picking 4 up tomorrow. I guess it's better to have too many than not enough. An added bonus is that he decided on a gas station to be the meeting point. Mapquest puts the station at just an hour and 5 minutes away.

The kegs appear fine. All are holding pressure.

And for no apparent reason, I also took the keggle with the valve and thermometer for $30. I don't need it but maybe I can trade it for a sack of grain at the lhbs.

damn, 4 kegs and a keggle for $150? that's a steal.

it's nearly worth that as SS scrap

At $0.28/# you will need a lot more than a keg and 4 corrnies to make it back in scrap.  His price was good for what he got and could get that back quickly to other homewbrewers tho.
