Hi I grew my own hops over the summer and I yielded around 21 ounces of hops. I air dried them for 3 days then vaccuum sealed and put them in the freezer. I brewed a batch this weekend and when I took my hops out I noticed they were damp still with moisture. Will this affect me using them? Seems like a waste to throw them out. Thanks.

They were probably still a little wet when you sealed them, or they developed condensation on them upon removal from freezer.RDWHAHB :crybaby:

Will this affect the profile of the hop? Do they get moldy over time?

I don't think they'd get moldy in the freezer.
