Who has the their various diplomas framed and on display? I think the practice varies but career. Mine game stayed in the faux leather folder and are in a file cabinet. I have had periods where I have had an office and it could have worked, but I have also bounced around to cubes and work from home. My home office is a nice area but it is more man cave than office. My wife has 2 of her masters and PhD framed (as well as a professional license) in he office at work.

I recently started cutting my own matboard and doing some basic framing. I am thinking of framing them but I really don't have a spot. What areas beside an office would look ok?

I have more degrees than I need for what I do. I could put the semi-relevant stuff up on the wall but that would be more embarrassing than anything. People can confirm my education if they need to. Mine are filed away unopened, like Vagus. I'm barely in my office these days anyway, hopefully that changes.

I think they're in the basement somewhere.  Compared to everyone else I work with, they feel like bragging.

Mine hang in my private office.  One is a welding certificate from around '77 from Trailmobile.  That's my favorite

My last job gave nice plaques for patents. Those went on the wall because they look kind of cool.

You are one of the few people where I don't think it would be weird.

Mine are in the tubes they arrived in. The Masters is pretty, but no desire to hang it.

I wonder if my mom still has the thesis I had bound for her.

My home office desk faces a wall and the B.S. Diploma hangs above it in a nice frame.  My wife had it framed as a graduation present.

The physiology dept stopping paying for binding the year before i graduated. I think the cost was $50. Nope!

If I had a masters I might hang that one up. I don't think anyone will be impressed with my HS diploma no matter how cool of a framing job I used.

I found mine when we moved.  I THINK its in a desk in the new house.  When my daughter got her undergrad degree, I had her's mounted and framed.  I figured Summa eileen Laude in engineering would be worth hanging on the wall.  That was several years ago, and I made her take it with her other stuff that we passed onto her during the same move.  Oh well.
