I never got to brew this in my paltry 4 bathed this year but I picked up some of the og today.

is that seasonal or year round?  sometime I'll have to make it a point to look for it.

I can't remember - did you try to follow the original recipe more closely than I did?  I'm thinking if not ours might be noticeably different but not necessarily in a bad way

oh I thought that was only once and you made it again with lager yeast.

Nope, strictly Lutra. It tastes great to me (my wife also really likes it, too), so I'll keep doing it that way.

About to head out to my LHBS to get grain for another Baltic Porter. Pretty much a regular in my kegerators now.

just kicked the last of this stuff yesterday.  by volume it's highly efficient but I think next time I'll make something big that isn't roasty for a change.

Brewed another BP today. Went smoothly, OG 1.096. I pitched some Lutra slurry from November/December, so I'll see how it goes. If no action by tomorrow morning, I'll pitch a dry Lutra packet.
