So today is exactly 100 days since I quit drinking... I do miss it, but I’ve lost 74 lbs, and even though I’m rolling around on a knee scooter I’m pretty active doing yard work, gardening and trying new recipes. Wheed consumption is up, and I’m smoking 1-2 cigars a day. I feel pretty good, but with this Covid19 BS “I guess I picked the wrong time to quit drinking..”

74lbs, nice work! Is the knee scooter still due to the toe/foot thing?

You're going to need a new body belt when you get back to work!

Sort of... Everything healed up, but my ankle on my other foot is jacked up... I need to have ankle surgery, but the bottom/ball of my other foot(the toe foot) has become re opened. The Dr says it because the angle of my jacked up ankle foot, is causing me to favor my other foot.. it sucks

There’s a 40% I’m not going back, but I still have my old harness and body belt and they’re in awesome shape. I guess I could make them get me brand new gear

Best wishes

I’ve been off since July 1st... My sick leave ran out on Jan 24th, now I’m on a medical LOA(up to 18 months) and I’m on COBRA for benefits.(which sucks because I’m paying for overpriced insurance I can’t even see a doctor right now)

Im glad that I started paying for LTD 22 years ago when I started at the company

Getting old sucks a 90 year old cows ass....

Both my hips are wasted........Double replacement needed.....

I feel the pain........No medical MJ though......

Pain doctors here are idiots.....

When you really need relief they give you Tramadol.........Don't do shit for hip failure....

I haven't asked for pain meds... the issue  was I was self medicating with alcohol instead of dealing with the problem

When I have beers I sleep well...

I guess I'm self medicating.

I made it 36 days on the wagon and jumped off two days ago..

I was doing everything right but still the pain..

At least I sleep well at night again.......... :frank:

:frank:

Man I hope all goes well for you.......:frank:

If you weren't drying out I would say convert the basket to hold a corny keg with a camelback bite valve instead of a picnic tap.
