I can’t get behind this. There are many varieties of fries which are delicious.

Waffle to be exact.

I just don't feel like I get enough total % of meal in potato when I get waffle or curly though.  Size of fry is inversely related to amount provided.  They somehow think...different yummy shape, less total amount is what the eater needs.  And this is just wrong.

Curly can be good, OK, and bad.  I've had too many bad.  They need to be cut so you don't have the compact ones from the middle.  Hand crinkle cut still rules here lately although it is time to make some onion/pepper tots again

Why fry holds the most nacho cheese? Thus the correct fry.

Yeah too many varieties to limit it to 1. Curly are great, but so are waffle and crispy shoestring.

I like a really good steak fry, too!

Curly fries were cool when they were an anomaly. Great at first, then good. I prefer thin cut, well done fries.

They really do. I made my German friend stop at a fry stand when we were in Belgium so I could try them. Heavenly. I even ate them with mayo.

They have a process for their fries. My friend was trying to explain it, but it was not straightforward. She may have failed the fry question and resorted to the anchor baby path to citizenship.

I've had countless Imbiss stand fries in Berlin. Belgium rules.

I thought it was they're twice fried? I may be remembering it incorrectly. It could also be the type of potato they're using.
