Still planning my brewery upgrades and came across someone selling some 15 gallon Blichmann G1 kettles. I've seen the G2's and have an idea of the quality and features but I have zero experience with the G1's.
Only material difference I can find is that they changed the valve design from the G1 to G2. Anybody have any experience otherwise between the 2?
