Dodge Ram 1500 with the smaller V6.   We put a lot of highway miles on vehicles so the gas savings vs. power that we give up works for us.

also looking at getting this:  https://topperezlift.com/    If we put one of those decked storage units inside that, with the ez lift my wife and I could easily camp in there.

Ecodiesel?

I actually spent quite a bit last week after a long lull. $600 in groceries (), $300 for a tractor accessory, $200 restocking cigars, $250 in materials for home projects and $180 on booze. The "big purchase" a had planned for the spring was to refresh the living room furniture but all the furniture stores are closed so that remains on hold.

You call the furniture store or owner directly and they set up an appointment. They cannot be open to the public here, but they can make private appointments. That is how we bought our sectional and recliner.

That's how I bought my viola too.  They're closed except by appointment.

I don't know if they can do that here but I still wanted to look around at a few places before making a decision.  I'm not in enough of a hurry to jump through the extra hoops involved.

I would wait too. We had shopped before the shutdown, but didn't want to bust the budget. After a week of the shutdown one of the stores we had been to and liked a sectional cut the price from $2,100 to $1,200 and the matching recliner from $1000 to $500. The prices were posted on a private community FB forum.

Had they not been trying to clear their inventory to close several stores of inventory we had already looked at, we would have waited.

Figuring out how to keep a lot people employed rather than laying people off is probably my biggest contribution to the economy.

Nah.  Upkeep on diesel is too much.  As much as we would tow, it just doesn't pencil out.
