So the new house has city water but septic.

 

I'm sure throwing the yeast down the drain is no problem.

Diluted Starsan and Sani-clean is no problem.

What about PBW and other chemicals we use in brewing?

Iodiphor probably not a good idea I'm guessin'.

I have a septic and I avoid throwing any of that down there.  Not sure if there is a rational reason or not but I just find it easier top dump out back and not worry.

PBW is safe for septic systems.  Not sure about iodophor.

25 years on septic.  All of those are fine.  Thinks about 2 tbsp. of iodophor (the amount that goes into 5 gal. of water) in 500+ gal. of a septic system.
