Just got back from the store. I got about enough stuff to last for a while, if needed. We can order a lot from Amazon and can lean on family/friends if we need someone to pick up stuff for us, (eggs, coffee creamer, alcohol).

We started in late January, and it irritated the shit out of my wife at the time. She is thankful now, and took it on her own to finish up earlier this week.

Not doing anything out of the ordinary, minus some toys i've always wanted.  We're well-provisioned and a plan exists if hunger becomes a common issue.

i told my wife at the end of january to treat this like a slow moving hurricane that's going to have big impacts for a long time. She thought i was absolutely crazy until about a week ago.

I called it a few weeks ago.  We beat the rush and stocked up then.

Stocked up a little extra on non-perishables. We bought two 25 pound bags of flour instead of one, two 15 pound bags of koshihikari rice instead of one bag, that sort of thing. The uproght freezer in the garage is pretty full right now, a bunch of frozen dinners that my wife eats for lunch sometimes, 96 chicken thighs, 12 pounds of ground beef, a pork shoulder, a pork belly, and a surprising number of dinosaur chicken nuggets. If we prep any more, I'll have to take out the frozen stock in that freezer to make more room.

Picked up some Sams packages of TP and paper towels, anti-bacterial wipes a week or so ago.    I didn't stock up on flower and rice, should have grabbed a couple bags of each.  Wife is off work for SB and is going back to the store today, may have her grab a couple bags of flour.   Freezer is full from hunting season so that's good.

Walmart had a good sale on handles of Sobieski vodka that I convinced my wife wouldn't go to waste if we didn't have to use it as disinfectant.

Don't let a crisis go to waste!

Sadly, mine too.
True, shes got respiratory issues, but
she needs to chill a bit. 58 year old women aren't likely to die, or even get this virus, in the United States.

I don't have anything in the liquor cabinet over the 60% that the CDC recommends. Ardbeg Corryvreckan is close at 57.1%, but it's still for drinking and not for wiping down surfaces.

I’m pretty well stocked on water, tp, wipes. My pantry is full of non perishables(rice, pastas, canned goods, beans) I’ve got maybe 5 rolls of paper towels left and my fridge/freezer is full

The entire gut is a surface. Wipe that monkeyfighter down. Saturate!
