Ordered a couple sacks of grain 2 weeks ago, one being MO.  Had 15 lbs left in the Vittles vault, so it got bagged up and vac-sealed to make room for the new MO.

Now the question is, what to make with the leftover/older MO.

Being wintertime, I'm thinking using it all up in one batch, so the styles that come to mind are strong Scotch ale, barleywine, and maybe imperial IPA, but after that, I'm at a loss.

What other recipes/styles come to mind to give this leftover malt a proper sendoff?  I'm not averse to using part of it and making up the difference w/ 2-row, pils, etc.

What sayeth the recipe forum BT?

I've made some Cali Commons with half American 2-row and half MO.  Yeah - weird for an American style but tasty
