Chad, I like your recipe. I think it looks good, nice amount of crystal and a great addition of Munich too. I have brewed a few IPA's of the american variety with Marris and they have come out great. I like your hop schedule too. I too have never bittered with Amarillo but it is my fav flavor/aroma hop as well. I think at 58 and your use of the hops as you show you might get a smoother bittering. I say give it a go as you show it. I am just finishing up a fermentation with 1272 on an Amber and I know its a great yeast as well. Hope it turns out well.Afternoon Gents!
