I am planning to weld up a new 2 tier brew sculpture. I am trying to figure out what is the best type and gauge of metal to use for fabrication. I typical brew 11 gallon batches. Looking for advice and suggestions…Thanks

Budget – Lower the better, more money for stainless bits and pieces.Availability – I have a couple of metal/welding shop locally.Welding ability- Minimal, my buddy and I use an ancient stick welder on tube steel to build a 3 tier. That was are are only welding experience. It still stands sturdy and works like a champ. I need to go to a 2 tier due to space and ceiling height are only reason why I need a new brew rig.Budget, availability, welding ability?

Not handy but it's as simple as simple can be. Right now mine is a single tier since I have a pump but I am planning to add a 2nd tier to it so I can gravity feed my strike and sparge water. It's rectangular in shape and has enough space under it so I can gravity feed and prime the pump as well as fit a burner underneath. Nothing fancy at all.Any pics of your rig??
