As the Holidays are upon us, it's time to give thanks with this episode of Denny and Drew reflecting on the Maltose Falcons 45th Anniversary Party with the band, the beer and Steve Grossman of Sierra Nevada Brewing. Depends on the weird things.  I don't like hazy because of the tannic astringency.

In hazy IPAs it all seems to be from late hops and that's one I don't care for.  Sam thing for the yeast haze in hef.  A normal amount of homebrewer haze doesn't bother me.
