I've been playing several games a day while in quarantine.  I've gotten to the point where I can win fairly often, probably 2-3 games out of 10.  A week or two ago when i started winning on a regular basis I upped the aim sensitivity to "very fast" to try to improve my skill, it's getting easier but I'm not used to it yet.
