Yeah, just finished it. It was interesting and while slower paced, it ended a little quicker than I expected. It was also a little strange seeing the characters aged, even though it's obviously been a decade since the show ended. Very cool they did it. It had a "for the fans" feel to the whole thing.

Watched it last night- we really liked it.  I didn't think it was slower- seemed to be similar to the series, but it's only 2 hours instead of a whole season.  It does seem more like Better Call Saul with the flashbacks, but for me it certainly holds up with the original series.

I liked it. Remind me, did Jesse get a lot of firearms training/practice during the series?

on Xbox yes, lol, but yeah Mike did some training with him too, he was crucial in the shootout with the Cartel in Mexico when Mike and Gus took with them.

Why would you not watch breaking bad? It's a fantastic show. Top 10 of all time, easily.

I think it would still be worth watching if you know the back story, but you might get bored if you don’t care about the characters.

But if you have two hours, watch the first two episodes of Breaking Bad.

I kinda missed the boat. My wife has watched it all at some point. So now whenever we have time to watch something together she isn't going to want to watch BB. So I would have to find time by myself to watch 80 hours or whatever of TV. That's a lot for me.

one of the rare occasions where it is worth the 80hrs.  with a couple of notable exceptions in the episodes, thru the series almost every episode is better than the previous one, and that goes for the entire run of the series, not just within each season.

I really need to start downloading stuff to watch on planes.  Delta's selection is pretty good and changes often enough for the amount I fly (not much lately), but I could probably fill every minute in the terminal and on the plane with stuff I really want to watch versus choosing the best thing I've already seen.
