I realized I have a few pounds of this stuff but I don't know that I've used it. maybe I could make an american amber with some it? just curious if you guys have used it and what you thought.

I think that's actually why I have it! I won't be using those hops or yeast for my next beer but good inspiration for whatever I do. Thanks for the reminder!
