Just finished a project for a brewer and have some left over material that would make good false bottoms. Its 3/32 hole on a 5/32 stagger Stainless Steel.I want to keep it simple I can cut into circles and add center hole of your size. I normally cut for kegs only at 14 15/16 diameter this gets it below the bottom weld seam in the keg.NO HINGES sorry.I think 45.00 + shipping UPSAny instrest drop me an e/mail at surfsupks@kc.rr.comDominus VobiscumSwagman

1/16 / .0625 / 16 gaugeJust a note all kegs are NOT created equal they will vary my manufacture or how they were manufactured. The 14 15/16 diameter in most cases will be below the bottom seam. Thats where they welded the bottom and bottom rim to the keg. The hole I put for pickup is center to the diameter of the false bottom. Sometimes (most times) when a coupler is welded into the side of a keg it will NOT line up to the center. The Coupler can be lined up with a little muscle and a length of pipe, it won't be off much.Dominus VobiscumSwagman :stabby:

Man, nice price. I think I would need a hinge though to get it past the 'lip' that is around the top where SABCO cut it right?

A hinge will work I don't like to lose the surface area here is how we get around it if we don't take off the rim.Posted ImagePosted ImageOr this wayPosted ImageThis last way takes a bit of work and you have to be super careful with the cut off wheelDominus VobiscumSwagman

Man, I want one, but a little strapped at the moment. Need to get through the holidays before I can purchase any more brewing equipment.
