[Iraq Lobstah]

Ingredients

1 16 Oz can pitted black olives(drained and sliced)
1 lb your favorite cherry tomatoes(whole don’t cut)
1 large red onion(diced)
2 large cucumbers(peeled and sliced)(I luv cucumber so I’ll use more)
6oz of your favorite crumbled feta
Up to 1x 12 oz bottle of either Italian dressing, balsamic vinegarette, or a Greek type dressing

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and let it “marry” together at least 8 hours in the fridge then serve.

I’ll keep it for up to a week an add ingredients as needed
