I did my first pressurized fermentation about 2 weeks ago (if that). Initially set my SPUNDit to 5 psi, kicked up to 15 on day 2, then to 17 days 4-7. It was carbed nicely, though I might go for a tiny bit more carbonation next time I try this method.

It's all about the temperature you are carbonating at. Make sure to find a table online so you know how many volumes of co2 you're going to hit.

On my first attempt, I pretty much spunded from the get go. It came out well.
