ny step-dad loves thos beer. I'm not really a fan. So I dunno where to start really. He knows nothing about beer exceot it gets him drunk...so he wouldn't know either. He want a keg of it for x-mas tho....anyone got a clone recipe?

From their website: Christmas Ale A holiday ale brewed with honey and spiced with fresh ginger and cinnamon. ABV: 7.5% ABW: 6.0% IBU: 40 That doesn't sound to easy to guess at a recipe without tasting it to get a feel for the level of spices. I would suggest stopping by the brewery and talking to people to get more hints or to at least email the brewery.

This is my favorite holiday beer, bud. I miss not getting a sixer of this for Thanksgiving and Christmas now that I moved my ass to Houston. But anyway, dude, just whip up Jamil's xmas brew from Brewing Classic Styles and Randy won't know the difference.

Oh yeah, get that damn Brutus done!!!!! :stabby:

good point. He did think my diabhal rosta irish red tasted like amber bock. Ha ha he prolly won't know the difference. Btw I didn't know you like the xmas ale so much. Maybe I'll mail you a sixer. Or 12. Or even a case I dunno. What you want bro?
