As some of you might remember my wife (best wife ever) got me a couple of classes at Siebel for my b-day this year. Well that is coming up this week - leaving tomorrow coming home Sat.Anyhow, I have no idea of what is going to happen, the format or whatever, and I assume that I will be going out with classmates at night for dinner and such. However, since I could not work out a decent flight out to get home on Fri, I decided to stay over Fri night as well. So, not only am I interested in the typical place to go info while there, but also if anyone from the Chicago contingency of the board wanted to get together Fri night. (Ok, I just wanna see if Carlos is for real ) I will be in dowmntown staying not too far from Siebel and have a metro card, so I can get anywhere the train/bus can get me.

It is the Master of Beer Styles & Evaluation Program. It will be a combination of two classes, Sensory Analysis for Flavor Production & Control and Master of Beer Styles Course. My paperwork says that it is being taught by Ray Daniels and Randy Mosher.Linky with more info.Have I mentioned I am pumped about it?

Yea, hung out with them a couple of the nights after class. They are good guys. Dont worry we didn't talk about you.......much. :)I know y'all are waiting for an update from class. I have just been super busy from being out and all. I will give a full report, but the short version is that it was awesome!! stay tuned.
