I took a quart jar full of blueberries from off the vine.......Fresh off the vine..

 

I added water to the top......

 

I also added about 1/4 cup of sugar.......

 

It is sitting in a closet that is probably 75 degrees......

 

Will anything happen?

 

I'm ripped and just wanted to experiment...........

lactic and acetobaceter are wild bugs that are all over fruits, you just fed then a whole bunch of sugar, but, wild yeast are in there too, wait and see
