Here's what I'm planning for next week:

 

10lb Pils

1lb Munich

 

Projected OG of ~1.060 for 5.5 gal in the primary.

 

Magnum (whole) to ~20 IBUs

First Gold (pellets), 0.5 oz at 15, 10, 5, and flameout, to ~10 IBUs

 

WY3711 French Saison (finally making a starter with it tomorrow)

add sugar during fermentation and kick it up to 1.070!

Looks like a simple recipe as it should be :) My next purchase is going to be a pack of 3711 for something just as simple.
