I am not really a coffee drinker. Very rarely I will have a cup. Like 6 times a year.

That being said, Kenyan has always been my favorite.

I was going to do an 8 sample pack for a total of 4lbs from Dean's as you know exactly what you are getting....the UPS ground was 18 fecking dollars!

Got a 4 sample pack from Sweet Maria's with UPS ground for $9. So $29 total and I have no idea what beans are coming.

I bought a popcorn popper today. 1500w.

I'll stick with my Mayorga beans from Costco. I thought about that home roasting - but nah. The Mayorga is fine for me. Enjoy, though...

Ironkirte and I split a 132 lb bag. but $29 for 5 lb isn't bad.

lately I've been waiting for Williams to put their beans on sale at $2 off a bag.

Then I buy a bunch.

The Costa Rica Black Honey is my favorite

Just do what everybody else who doesn't like coffee does. Claim you REALLY like good coffee, but then dump sugar and cream in it so that you can't taste the coffee anymore. :D

You sir just unmasked the Starbucks deceptive marketing plan. Except they really use robusto beans not Arabica like they claim.

Is vacuum sealing green beans the best way to keep them fresh?

Personally I dumped my 66 pounds into two 5 gal buckets with gamma lids. I then purged with CO2. Strangely enough, I have several 25 pound tanks of that stuff sitting around here. I could put pure argon in there, but at a buck a cubic foot I don't think so!

The "two year" shelf like is in burlap bags in a warehouse. Mine are in a CO2 purged plasticated environment at 65deg F.

Now if I just had some paper filters that could remove that horrid coffee bean taste from my coffee. :P
