I did today. Another round with the Budjovice yeast. Perhaps not perfect for tradition but it makes a helluva nice version. 1.058 Blend of Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna. Last year I used Loral hops but I couldn’t find them this year so I actually used a blend of magnum and centennial if you can believe it. Only a 60 min addition and like 25 IBU so I’m sure I’ll be right where I need to be.
