Looks like John is hanging it up after 30 years.  I may not buy Rouge much these days but back starting out I sure drank my share of Dead Guy.  I always appreciated John and the advice/information he gave to homebrewers back in the beginning of the podcast (Brewing Network mainly) craze.

John is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet.  I still recall the day he took a sip of my Rye IPA and said "this is the flavor I've been looking for".  I was honored to be asked to contribute a video for his retirement party.  I know he's been looking forward to thsi for a long time, and I hope he enjoys his well earned retirement.

To be able to retire after a career as a brewer.... whoa!!
