Stand alone hops

I've done an all Amarillo APA that was outstanding. I agree on the Centennial being a good choice as well. My first Alt was all Spalt (and more than others might use) and it was one of my better beers at the time.If I had the time/inclination, I'd probably do a SMaSH with any of the 11 varieties I've purchased by the pound just to see how it turns out.I know there are some brews that definitely need more than one type of hops, I am almost done with my Northern Brewer mash. I made one this past summer that was great. So im doing it before the hunt this weekend. a pale ale with NB(whole) at FWH,50min,and 3 min.And i will keg hop it too. I also like Centennial hops as an exclusive hop in a beer. Does anyone have a stand-alone hop they like too?

Try this Its George Mahoneys Irish Red. It calls for EKG as the last hop addition but I just use fuggle .
