That hand signal means feck you?
In some of the European countries I lived in the OK sign or upside down OK sign was. It is the same as flipping someone the bird.
In Brazil, Germany, Russia, and many other countries around the world, the OK. sign is a very offensive gesture because it is used to depict a private bodily orifice. The OK sign actually does mean “okay” in the United States, however in Japan it means “money,” and it is commonly used to signify “zero” in France.

The Nazi adoption of the Swastika is an extreme example of this and as such represents a (Native American among other groups) symbol that is perhaps beyond redemption in the long term despite its origin.
I was unaware of white supremacists adopting the symbol of a silly adolescent game. I'll think twice about flashing it or posting it now.

Don’t motorcyclists do this too when they pass each other?

Maybe it's just a coincidence that all white supremacists happen to be bromos.
