Corned beef, probably in the form of a reuben. Haven't decided if I am going to smoke it or not.

Typical Sunday dinner, lamb stew. I wouldn’t call it Irish, though. I make it every Sunday.

The GF brought home corned ribs last night. I had never seen that before and it didn't dawn on me until today that it was probably a St. Pats day thing. Maybe one of the plebes in the deli dept. threw a rack of ribs in the brining tub instead of brisket?

Never had them but a few stores near me sell them as well.

I am going with strip steaks and baked potatoes for my St Patty's meal.

This.... the quality of lamb wasn’t worth the price, so it’s Tri tip(Sous vide and seared of course) Caesar salad, baked potato, and garlic toast...

Tomorrow is the “real” holiday(1/2 off on corned beef) which is when I buy, and bring salvation to corned beef by making it into Pastrami

Nothing especially Irish. Kielbasa, scalloped potatoes and peas.
