I have purchased all of these, they work good. Shipping takes about 3 weeks.
The relay thing fits on top of the Arduino board. If you want to automate something, this has 4 relays that can take up to 10 amps at 120V. You need to install it in a box tho, there will be hot 120V connectors that you don't want to touch.
The thermistor is a nice stainless steel probe for cheap.
These are the old style Arduinos, which run on 5V, they are reliable. But if you need to be cool, get an ESP32 and learn micropython. I haven't tried this one yet but I think it would be a good intro to ESP32.
