Hello,What are some rough guidelines for the internal measurements of a mini-fridge to fit 2 corny kegs and a 5 lb CO2 canister? I will eventually convert it to a kegerator when I get some more $$$, but for now I just need a mini fridge to keep 2 kegs and the gas canister cold. I've seen online that most people have to cut away the shelving on the door to make it work, so I'll probably have to do the same.

I have seen this reference a few times and I think it allows for some insight into the dimensions that you are looking for with your fridge. You can get an idea of the keg size at least and then adjust from there. Hope this helps.https://www.micromatic.com/beer-questions/sizes-keg-draft-beer-available-aid-11.html

The Oster 5.0 refridgerator (picked mine up at Best Buy) holds a 5 pound tank of gas on a ledge in the back. There is enough room for 1 high flow regulator and 2 low flow regulators. It fits 2 cornies perfectly. You don't have to do any cutting to the shelving units on the door. The only modification required is to raise the temp controller up an inch or so, as it is in the way of the second corny. It's a quick fix. When you are ready to install your tower, it's so easy. The top pops off and the plastic piece below has ridges. If you trim down the inner ridges (easy with a Dremel) you can install a piece of plywood for your base. Trust me, you will need it. From there, it's just a matter of putting the top back on, drilling a hole and screwing in your tower. The coils on this unit are on the inside, so you won't get the dust and cobwebs on the cooling coils. If you google for Oster 5.0 Keg Conversion (or something like that) you should find instructions. Oh, I did install caster wheels on mine, but that's not required obviously. Had I not done that, the conversion would have taken only between 1 and 2 hours.

A Sanyo SR-4912M mini fridge can be converted into a kegerator that'll hold 2 cornies and a 5 lb CO2 tank. That's what I have. If you google Sanyo 4912 kegerator you'll probably find some good instructions on how to do it since it's a popular choice for a kegerator conversion.
