I'm generally a stainless steel and cast iron guy when it comes to cookware, but I like to keep a single non-stick pan around for eggs. I just got a new one of the Blue Diamond brand. I bought it at Kohl's, but I think they're available all around. This is a pretty good pan. It's slick as snot, but not Teflon and is supposedly a lot harder. The handle gets too hot in use, but I'm used to that from cast iron anyway.
Is recommend it for a supplemental piece, but I wouldn't buy a whole set. It's too light.
