I’m 40, had my first today. Two pre cancerous polyps. He said they likely were there 3-5 years.

Do you have history? 40 is a little young.

That's what I thought as well. I thought it was 50.

I’m good. He is confident all was removed. Had some roids banded too. My arse hurts, not gonna lie.

Grandmother had stomach cancer. They told me 45 is the new 50. But if you have even a slight family history, do it at 40.

Good news. I don't think I have a family history but I should double check. I'm 45.

Had my first one 10 years ago at 31.  My dad died from metastatic colon cancer when I was 19.

Same as Hines, my doc removed a couple of pre-cancerous polyps.

Not looking forward to having another one, which I'm probably due for.  Feck.

It is a pain in the ASS, but I had one removed at 45. Scheduled for another "viewing" in next year..

I've had two already. I doubt mind them at all. It's not like you're awake.

I had the misfortune of waking up during mine; didn't enjoy that at all.

Was only awake for maybe 10-15 seconds, but I remember it vividly.
