Nothing here.  Didn't even see a flurry.  Looks like it's trying to get here but it's just gray and dry outside.

I'm working out by Romeoville today, in the last few hour we have maybe a half inch. It was just enough that my buddy didn't see a big rut under some strawmat. We spent a half hour pulling a 40,000 pound truck out of the ditch.

About 4 inches right now. My son had a swim meet so I got to drive in it for about 15 miles it was fun. Took the uncleared back roads back

Yep. It was pretty nice. It's actually rare here to have snow falling straight down.

We ended up with about four inches, so not much. I'm working today, and I just drove through a forest preserve that is all glacial moraine with scraggly burr oak and shagbarh hickory growing densely. It was gorgeous seeing the snow clinging to the branches at sun-up. I hope I get home in time to take the kids sledding.

Just shy of 6" total snow for us.
Now it looks like winter.

Yeah, 3-4 here.  Got up early and drove to Midway today to drop the kids off for their flights back to school and the highways are just wet.

Total of 8 here.  Spent 2 hours shoveling our driveway (son couldn't help since he's still fighting off a flu bug), so I had to fly solo.

Weather people called what fell around here "heart-attack snow" and I believe it; too heavy to just shove off the driveway.  Had to scoop every shovelful; that sucked, a lot.

Arms, back, and legs are sore AF; not looking forward to tomorrow.

4 inches of rain drenched snow here. I did my good neighbor deal and shoveled out 8 driveways (including mine) for elderly or those that are not living here permanent. Luckily the driveways are small and it was only just over 2 hours of work

when we get snow like that I will clear multiple times rather than waiting till the end. I have a single stage snow thrower tat can handle 6 inches wet or 9 dry.
