I just went back and checked my 2018 brewdates... today (12/27) I am making my 29th batch of 2018. 145 gallons of beer. Six of those batches were in December so I'm going out with a bang. What did everyone do this year? Happy early New Year Beerheads.
Batch totals for 2018 and projections for 2019...

Very poor year for me... maybe 8-10 5g batches. In a perfect world I would be happy to do 12 batches a year thought. One a month should be plenty for me. This was just not a good year.

I really hope to get one last batch in this weekend.

14 total 5 gallon batches. That's about right for me.

I think it was 7 batches (70 gallons). I wanted to do one more but this 102f fever is not doing me any favors.
I hear you. The last 2 months it seems have been cold after cold here. I got over bronchitis and my wife had pneumonia and we both have colds again. SO TIRED OF IT! I hope you feel better soon.

Roughly 25 or so 5-gal batches.

4- 5 gallon batches. 2 of those were last January. None since June, I think. Hoping to fix that next month.

If I can continue with one a month that'll be fine. Maybe Ken could mod the post to include '19 brewing resolutions along with batch count?

Thirty 10 gallon batches. Production dropped again from previous years. Still it's remarkable - 200 gallons on the nose 14 years in a row.

As for 2019....
I would like to shoot for 12 batches. I may do a couple 10g ones next year for lagers so that I have plenty of it for the summer. I also want to get more batches in cans. I also need to stop reading various new methods and other things. various things I read made me question my methods and did not help my mood to brew. Need to just forget all that and brew for me and the people that want to drink it.

My projection for 2019 is to always have 3 kegs on tap, and at least 1 batch fermenting/cold-crashing/kegged and awaiting a spot in the draft fridge.
Same goal as I have every year, but I'm hoping for fewer-to-no lulls in brewing next year, as this year we had too much crap going on (bathroom remodel, etc.) that interfered with brewdays.
Not cool.

Agreed on both points.
You know what you're doing, and how you like your beers to turn out. Make those and forget the extraneous stuff.

My goals are to perfect (for me) a couple styles such as the beloved Vienna Lager and I want to try my hands at traditional Czech and German Pilsner. Alt-bier is calling my name too and so are conservatively bittered Pale Ales. If I even linger on each of these styles more than once, I'll be happy
