Hey guys, just wanted to update you all on my first batch(Kolsch). It has been six days since I pitched, everything went great with the brew day...the only thing that I forgot was to add my Irish Moss, but I think that will be ok...my OG was 1.049 I took a reading last night and I was at 1.020, trying to reach a FG of 1.012.. The color of the beer was good as well as the taste. I would like to thank Barefoot Brew as well as the rest of you here for all the information. I will keep everyone posted on this first brew..If I figure out how to post pics I will do that as well
