Hi All, I have two smack packs that I am going to be using on sunday on a parti gyle brew session. One is 1388 Belgian strong ale, and the other is 1762 Belgian abby II. Does anyone have any experience with these two yeast strains? Are there any commercial examples? Which do people prefer? Thanks in advance,

Just Finished the looooonngg brew day today. 9 total hours but I have two brews under the belt for the efforts. The first beer came to a whopping 1.12 and the session beer made from the second runnings of the two mashes came to a respectable 1.058. (I cheated and added a pound of DME that was lying around.) Im going to be fermenting them on the cold side, and see what comes from it.
