20th Annual Palmetto State Brewers Open homebrew competition is open for registration until Nov 16th. All 2015 BJCP style category entries are being accepted. Maybe you have a great beer and want to collect another ribbon. Maybe you are new to homebrewing and want some unbiased and BJCP guideline based feedback on your beer or mead. Competition entry is a great way to get that feedback. Please consider PSBO as a competition. I haven't posted on the forum with regularity as of late, but did so back when this was the "green board".....more than 10 years ago...maybe even before chicken mcnuggets.
