Sure thing would be to add yeast. But like mic said, if it's UV, there's chance...
I guess I better order some Champagne Yeast..........

Well I guess I should do something...
No full balloon as I was expecting....
I guess I may as well dump it or if it's not to late add some yeast.....

Yeah Mic.....
It's at room temp in the bathroom closet.....
Its a cool spot for sure.......
It has a bunch of must on the bottom.....I gently shake it at night when I get home.......
No activity at all........
I'm thinking if I don't see something by tomorrow I should fridge it and wait until I get some yeast.......

I am thinking maybe it’s the same as having the top on.
So I tool the balloon off to see what would happen.
That was last night.
Today I will blow up the balloon and put it back on.
We will see.
What would be the best yeast to order for hard cider?
