[Glacies]

First of all, if you guys don't already know this, our mighty DM, Glassonion, has been investing a lot of time and money into setting up Fantasy Grounds for us.

 

Last night I dug in a bit and started rolling some characters. If I'm being honest, I didn't understand the system before, but I think it was because I didn't have the right rulesets downloaded. Once you build a character (thanks again to TechMaster for the tutorial) you are set to go. Rolling off of your character screen includes your bonuses. You have your inventory in front of you, it's really convenient. I will personally play with the hardcopy of the rulebook in front of me, but it's really nice that you can pull up the information you want in the system so quickly and easily.

 

Anyway, good find GO, thanks for the work, and we look forward to cracking some of your monster's skulls soon

Aw shucks! Guys....the new news is I am working on learning everything I can before we unleash an adventure. I want everyone's experience to be a good one that keeps you coming back. So, if it seems like I'm dragging my feet, believe me I would much rather be already playing. But I think it's important enough to get fairly right before we embark.

 

So, please be patient with me.

Actually, the guy who needs a round of applause is Scotts son, TechMaster aka Jarlemagne. He has been doing a lot in the Discord Channel with tutorials, and helping folks get characters built, etc. He helps me out A LOT. Next time you see him in the Brews-Bros Gaming chan...give him a big THANK YOU! Between Glac and Jar...those guys keep it rolling. I'd be lost without them. Thanks guys!
