It's taken me 2 months to get the garage cleaned up enough, but this weekend I should finally finish it and be ready to set it up for brewing. Now comes the fun part. I have a big pot, I've ordered a bag I'm gonna brew in a bag. I have some wood and I'm making a crane with some wood and a ractheting thing. Gotta get the fermentation fridge next weekend too. I'm hoping I'll brew something in a few weeks. I'll take some pictures of the new rig when it's ready. I'm going to work on an IPA for a few brews.
Almost ready to brew again...

Good luck, amigo. I know you've been busy but geez... you'd think you had three kids by now.

Agh .. the big pot comment threw me and I was not sure if you were doing 10 or 20g batches or something.

1. Make a crane for my biab system.
2. Bring my fermentation fridge over.
Almost there!

Got the garage clean today. Then i took my wire brush attachment to the drill and cleaned up my burner. Works great now. Just 2 steps left to brew.

same burner I have.
That thing was covered in rust and old dried up burned wort. I was going to get a hand brush to clean it off. Glad I got the attachment.

a few weeks ago I moved mine and tipped it during the moving process and lots of fine black dust came out of the burner. I then vacuumed the burner out and I no longer seem to get lots of soot on my kettle anymore.

is going to be purely man powered or will you be incorporating any motors?
